We do not sell user data.
3. Document Storage
Documents are stored securely in Supabase Storage under your account.
We do not access or view your documents except for:
- Automated processing
- Troubleshooting with your explicit permission
You may delete your documents at any time.
4. AI Processing
Your uploaded content is sent to third-party AI providers (e.g., OpenAI) exclusively for inference.
We do not permit providers to:
- Train on your data
- Store your documents beyond temporary processing
5. Data Security
We use industry-standard encryption, access controls, and authentication measures to protect user data.
Despite this, no system is completely secure. Use DocDecoder at your discretion.
6. Third-Party Services
We use:
- Supabase – authentication, database, storage
- Stripe – payments
- OpenAI – document interpretation
Each provider maintains its own privacy policy.
7. Your Rights
You may:
- Delete your account
- Delete your documents
- Request information about stored data
- Opt out of marketing communications
8. Children
DocDecoder is not intended for users under 13 years old.
